Ingredients

  • 1 medium Granny Smith apple
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 tbsp almonds chopped
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp quinoa dried
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Core and slice a Granny Smith apple, then place around a small plate
  • Drizzle with peanut or almond butter
    TIP: If your peanut butter is too thick to drizzle, pop into the microwave for a few seconds to soften until it is runny enough to drizzle
  • Sprinkle with chopped almonds, pumpkin seeds, dried quinoa and chocolate chips
