Super quick and easy lunch for on the go, this chicken & cream cheese bagel is tasty filling and satisfying. Made using pre-cooked chicken pieces on a Warburtons protein bagel thin, it’s a go-to lunch for me. Not really a recipe, just a tasty quick lunch idea!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Warburtons Protein Bagel Thin
  • 2 heaped tbsp Full fat cream cheese eg. Philadelphia or stores own brand
  • 100 grams cooked chicken pieces
  • 1 handful rocket or baby spinach

Instructions

  • Optional: Lightly toast the bagel thin
  • Top each side of the bagel with plenty of cream cheese
  • Add rocket leaves
  • Top with cooked chicken pieces

Notes

I like to make this with flavoured cooked chicken pieces e.g. BBQ, Tikka, Chilli
