Karen, I’ve just taken this reply Jo done for the same query a while back –

Try using a lower cocoa percentage chocolate or increase the amount of xylitol you use to make them sweeter. 90% cocoa content is quite bitter and so you’re relying on the xylitol to sweeten them. Everyone will have different tastes as to what they think is sweet enough, so it’s best to play around until you find them sweet enough for you. If the ones you’ve made are too bitter at the moment then the other option is to sprinkle xylitol on top, or eat with sweetened double whipped cream! Hope that helps xx
