Hi Sarah, this should be fine. All chocolate will have added sugar unless you go for a no added sugar version which is packed with sweeteners instead (which I wouldn’t recommend as it will cause unwanted gastric side effects). Most 70% dark choc will have around 30-40g total carbs per 100g. In comparison Green & Black’s 70% cocoa content choc has Carbohydrate 36.5g of which Sugars 28.5g (per 100g) and so the brand you have is just below the Green & Black’s and this is what many people use to make the brownies. You won’t be eating a whole batch in one go so the carb content isn’t too bad and they are very well paired.
