  1. Combine spinach, kiwi, avocado, coconut milk, lime and milled flaxseed in a blender
  2. add desired amount of ice cubes and blitz to create a texture and consistency you like
  3. add agave nectar to sweeten to your taste

Kiwi and lime are lower GI fruit. Pairing them with milk, seeds and avocado which contain good amounts of protein and good fats help make the fruit more tolerable. The spinach is packed with nutrients and the ice helps to hydrate the body. This makes for a good GD friendly smoothie which may help any ladies suffering with HG.
