Teriyaki | A Japanese-style sauce suitable for marinades, stir-fries and as a sauce

This sugar-free Teriyaki sauce is great as a marinade, as a dipping sauce and for stir-fries alike. Packed with punchy Japanese flavour, it’s a staple to make and pop in the fridge for quick and easy meals.
Below is a selection of meals I have made with this Teriyaki sauce: teriyaki marinaded tofu bowls, Teriyaki Beef Stir Fry and Pan-fried chicken thighs drizzled with Teriyaki sauce.

Instructions
- Add soy, vinegar, sweetener, water, ginger and garlic into a saucepan, stir and bring to a boil
